Coreserve: Cancellation Policy

At Coreserve, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a clear and straightforward cancellation process because we understand that circumstances can change.

Cancellation & Refunds

  • Within 14 Days: You have the right to cancel your service plan for a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. This cooling-off period allows you to ensure the plan is right for you.
  • 14 to 28 Days: If you cancel after the initial 14-day period but within 28 days of purchase, you may be eligible for a partial refund, which is granted at our discretion. This will take into account any services or repairs already provided.
  • After 28 Days: Please note that we cannot process any cancellations or refunds after 28 days from the purchase date.

All approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. For security reasons, we cannot issue refunds to alternative accounts.

Plan Exclusions

To ensure fairness and maintain the quality of our service, certain circumstances are not covered by our plans:

  • Pre-existing Faults: Any damage or faults that existed before your plan's start date are excluded.
  • Misuse or Neglect: We cannot cover damage caused by improper use, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Non-Standard Repairs: Repairs beyond the normal function or servicing of an appliance are not included.
  • Improper Use: Appliances not used or maintained according to the manufacturer’s instructions are excluded from coverage.
  • Fraudulent Use: Any attempt to use our services fraudulently will result in the immediate cancellation of your plan without a refund.

If any of these exclusions apply, your plan may be voided, and you will not be eligible for repairs or refunds. If you have any questions, our team is here to help you understand your plan and options.
