Service Activation & Start Date
Your plan begins instantly once your payment is processed. You don’t need to do anything to activate it; your cover starts automatically and runs for 12 months from the date of purchase. Your coverage will expire at 23:59 on the final day, exactly one year later, unless you renew.
How to Request a Repair
If you need a repair, simply contact us. We usually arrange a repair appointment within 24 to 48 hours.
What's Included & Not Included
Your plan includes unlimited repair visits for covered appliances, with all labor costs and replacement parts included (subject to availability). It covers both mechanical and electrical faults.
