Service Activation & Start Date

Your plan begins instantly once your payment is processed. You don’t need to do anything to activate it; your cover starts automatically and runs for 12 months from the date of purchase. Your coverage will expire at 23:59 on the final day, exactly one year later, unless you renew.

How to Request a Repair

If you need a repair, simply contact us. We usually arrange a repair appointment within 24 to 48 hours.

What's Included & Not Included

Your plan includes unlimited repair visits for covered appliances, with all labor costs and replacement parts included (subject to availability). It covers both mechanical and electrical faults.

However, the following are not covered:

  • Cosmetic damage or general wear and tear.
  • Pre-existing faults that were present before your plan started.
  • Damage from misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Appliances over ten years old.
  • Damage from natural disasters like floods or fires.

Plan Exclusions & Prohibited Use

To ensure fairness, your plan may be voided without a refund or further support if the issue is due to any of the following:

  • Pre-existing damage or faults before your plan's start date.
  • Damage caused by neglect, misuse, or tampering.
  • Repairs unrelated to the normal operation of the appliance.
  • Illegal or fraudulent use of our services.
  • Appliances used contrary to the manufacturer's guidelines.

We serve all mainland UK postcodes. Please note that for remote areas, response times may be longer. We encourage you to contact us to confirm coverage in your specific location.
